BANANA SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 mashed banana

Cream sugar and shortening until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, banana and vanilla. Fold in sour cream. Fold flour, baking powder and baking soda into mixture. Put half of batter into well greased Bundt pan. Add 1/2 streusel mix. Pour remainder of the batter in pan. Add remaining streusel mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand on rack 15-30 minutes. Remove from pan.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Mix streusel ingredients with fork until crumbly.
