1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can cherry pie filling
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all the above ingredients well. Pour into a 6 x 10 pyrex dish and chill over night.
