CHICKEN STRIPS 
Debone and skin chicken breasts. Cut into strips, easier if partly frozen. Lightly flour and brown in small amount of oil with mushrooms, scallions and 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic. Place in baking dish, pour 1/2 cup dry white wine and 1/4 cup melted butter over chicken mushrooms and scallions. Bake until chicken strips are tender and serve over wild rice. The more chicken you use, the more mushrooms, etc.
