LISA'S B-B-Q CHICKEN STRIPS 
1 chicken, skinned and deboned
Soy sauce

Cut chicken into 2 inch wide strips. In a round cake pan, pour about 1/2 inch of soy sauce. Place chicken strips in sauce and let soak for 45 minutes. Turn strips over and soak for another 45 minutes. Place on medium heat of barbecue pit and cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Sprinkle each side with a little garlic salt while cooking.
