PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOMS 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag Hershey kisses
Small bowl with approximately 1/4 cup white sugar to roll dough balls

Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside. Beat until light the butter and peanut butter.

Gradually add white sugar and brown sugar. Beat well the egg and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix well. Form into balls (about 1 rounded teaspoon of dough) and roll in white sugar.

Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and place a chocolate kiss on top, push right down in the center of balls. Return to oven for 2 to 5 minutes more. (Be sure to press down on kiss firmly.)

Makes approximately 40 cookies per batch.
