CHICKEN & SAUSAGE PASTA 
1/2 - 1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 lb. chicken thighs
1 med. onion, minced
Garlic
1 (28 oz.) & 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. red pepper
Salt & pepper
1/2 - 1 lb. pasta (tortellenis with Parmesan)

Bake chicken thighs, remove meat from bones. Fry sausage and onion. Drain grease. Add chicken and all remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Lower heat, simmer 15 minutes. Adjust seasonings. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Top with Parmesan cheese (optional).

I made this for a family of Italians and they all loved it! I used a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, and the big can of diced tomatoes, with a little can of tomato puree. Was delish, definitely adding it to my routine.
