7 POUNDS OF FUDGE 
4 boxes 10X sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 lb. butter (4 sticks)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 tbsp. vanilla

Sift together sugar and cocoa. In top of double boiler, melt 1 pound butter and cheese. When melted, pour over dry ingredients, mix well with wooden spoon. Stir in vanilla and nuts, pour into 15x17 inch buttered pan. Refrigerate. Freezes well also.
