5 - MINUTE SNOWY WHITE FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, water, cream of tartar in a 2 cup glass measure. Microwave on roast (4 or 5 minutes) or until mixture boils. Meanwhile, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually pour hot syrup into egg whites. Beat about 5 minutes or until thick and fluffy. Blend in vanilla.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
