RHUBARB FREEZER JAM 
5 c. cut rhubarb
4 c. white sugar
1 sm. can or 1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello

Mix in large sauce pan, heat to boiling and cook slowly for 20 minutes. Skim off the foam, cool and pour into clean freezer type jars or store in refrigerator.
