RHUBARB FREEZER JAM 
5 c. cut rhubarb
4 c. white sugar
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 sm. can or 1 c. crushed pineapple & its juice

Mix in saucepan. Heat to boiling and cook 20 minutes. Skim foam off top. Cool and put in containers. Freeze.
