FREEZER RHUBARB JAM 
6 c. rhubarb
3 c. sugar

Boil together in as little water as possible for 15 minutes or until tender and then remove from heat. Add 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry Jello, stir together. Pour into glass containers and cool. Cover and place in freezer.
