MY FAVORITE MUSHROOM & BACON 
7 pieces of bacon, cooked
4 tbsp. butter
1 chopped onion
3/4 lb. rough chopped mushrooms
1/3 c. flavored bread crumbs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. party rounds (rye or pumpernickel)

Cook bacon crisp; lay aside. Melt butter in frying pan; add onion and heat until tender. Add mushrooms; heat 3 to 5 minutes. Add bread crumbs; take off burner immediately. Add sour cream and mix together. Butter party rounds; put mushroom mix on top and crumble bacon over top. Broil until bubbly, about 5 minutes.
