FLANK STEAK BARBECUE | |
1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 3/4 c. salad oil 1 green onion, finely chopped 1 1/2 lb. flank steak 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger Mix all ingredients together and pour over flank steak. Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Barbecue over glowing coals about 5-6 minutes on each side for medium rare. Slice thinly on the diagonal to serve. Makes 4 servings. |
