STUFFED MUSHROOMS | |
2 lbs. large fresh mushrooms 1 lb. sausage 1/2 c cracker crumbs 1/4 c onion dash of salt and pepper Wash and drain mushrooms. Remove stems so that you have a cavity. Mix the stems in with the other ingredients and fill cavity evenly. Place on a cookie sheet, open side up and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes, or until sausage is thoroughly cooked. Serve immediately. |
