STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. Owens sausage
green onions, chopped
black pepper
white pepper
cayenne pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
garlic powder
1 box large mushroom heads

Brown sausage. Add onions and cook a little. Add other ingredients. Stir and stuff one large box mushroom heads.

Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
