GLAZED PECANS 
3 c. pecans (halves)
1/2 c. half and half cream
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. water

Combine all ingredients, except pecans, in a medium saucepan. Stir well. Place over medium heat stirring constantly as it boils. Takes about 10 minutes but drop in cold water to check for soft ball. Remove from heat, add pecans, stirring until well coated. Spread on wax paper and separate with fork.
