CORDON BLEU CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli
4 slices rye or whole wheat bread
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced smoked chicken
1 (6 oz.) pkg. sliced fully cooked ham
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can ready to eat creamy mushroom soup
1/2 of 6 oz. pkg. shredded Swiss cheese

Rinse broccoli under water to thaw and separate; pat dry. Line bottom of 8x8x2 inch microwave safe baking dish with bread. Top with chicken, ham and broccoli. Stir onions into soup; pour over all ingredients. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover, chill overnight, if desired.

To cook, cover dish with vented microwave safe plastic wrap. Microwave on 50% power 13-15 minutes or until heated through turning once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
