STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
4-6 green peppers, cleaned out & washed
1 lb. hamburger
3-4 c. uncooked rice
Cheese slices

Brown hamburger. Mix with uncooked rice. Put a slice of cheese in bottom of green pepper and stuff with rice mixture. Put in saucepan with steamer basket and simmer 45 minutes. Serve with taco sauce or ketchup.
