6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up in bite size pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Mix all above ingredients. 1/2 box crushed Escort crackers 1 stick melted butter

Put 1/2 of crushed crackers on bottom of dish. Pour in ingredients. Pour in rest of crackers over top and pour butter on top. Bake at 350-375 degrees until bubbly, approximately 45 minutes.

Variation: 1/2 or 1/4 pieces of black olives for a festive look and a sprinkle of paprika.
