BUTTERMILK SALAD DRESSING 
2 c. non-fat buttermilk
1 1/2 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tbsp. + 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid; shake vigorously. Store in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
