MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

Combine these ingredients and put in 9"x12" pan and bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.

2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries
1 c. sugar
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

To the beaten egg whites add sugar, lemon juice, salt and partly thawed berries. Beat at high speed for 20 minutes. Whip 1 cup whipping cream and add 1 teaspoon vanilla and powdered sugar. Fold cream mixture into egg white and berries mixture. Put in 9"x12" glass dish and put in freezer. Serve partially frozen.
