CHILI SAUCE 
25 tomatoes
6 apples
6 onions
Bunch celery
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 peppers
3 tbsp. salt
2 c. vinegar

Cut up all vegetables. Add all other ingredients. Cook down slowly. Leave overnight, taste next morning. Add any spice you think is needed. Boil until hot. Pour slowly into sterilized jars.
