ORANGE OR KUMQUAT MARMALADE 
Cut fruit into small chunks removing seeds. Put about 2 cups fruit at a time into food processor with enough water or juice so all will be chopped. Measure mixture. Add juice of 1 lemon. Bring to boil. Add equal parts of sugar. Boil until mixture sheets from spoon. Watch carefully and stir often. Takes about 1/2 hour. Pour into jars. Seal with paraffin.
