OPEN FACED BURGER 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. mustard
1 bottle chile sauce
1 sm. onion, diced
1 bag hamburger buns

Blend in bowl hamburger, onion, 3/4 bottle chili sauce. Open buns half onto broiler pan. Top each half with meat mixture not to thick, top with rest of chili sauce. Put in broiler at 350 degrees until meat is cooked. Keep your eye on it so it won't burn. Makes 16 burgers.
