BREAKFAST IN A GLASS 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. unsweetened raspberries, undrained
1 c. frozen vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 c. skim milk
Artifical sweetener equal to 1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. wheat germ

Process berries in blender, add remaining ingredients, blend until smooth. Yield: 4 servings - 166 calories.
