BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
2 tbsp. chopped red bell pepper or pimento
1/2 c. bottled Italian dressing

Wash and cut broccoli, cauliflower into florets. Place in a large bowl. Add all ingredients and dressing, toss to coat all vegetables with dressing. Marinate, stirring occasionally and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
