PAT - IN - PAN FUDGE | |
1/2 c. butter 8 oz. cream cheese 3 oz. 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate 6 c. powdered sugar Line 13 x 9 inch pan with foil, extend over sides. Combine butter, cream cheese and chocolate. Heat until mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing well; knead if necessary. Press mixture evenly in pan. Refrigerate until set. Remove by lifting tin foil, remove foil. Cut fudge into squares or desired shapes. Decorate. Store in refrigerator. |
