HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ham, ground
1 lb. veal or beef, ground
1 lb. pork, ground
2 c. crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix all meat, crumbs, milk, eggs and form into balls. Place in large casserole, combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Yield: 8 servings.
