HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lb. ground veal
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs

Mix and put into ring, mold or loaf. Bake first half hour at 400 degrees then following 2 hours at 300 degrees. Baste frequently last half hour with the following sauce: 1 tsp. mustard 3 tsp. vinegar 1/4 c. water

This recipe serves 8 making a nice luncheon dish. Basting with sauce gives unusual taste.
