TURNIP CASSEROLE 
3 lbs. turnips, cooked & mashed
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. coffee cream or evaporated milk
1 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. butter

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
