EASY LASAGNA 
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground beef, fried & drained, mix with spaghetti sauce
8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked 7 minutes, drained
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated

In a bowl, stir together cottage cheese, eggs and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese. In a 9"x11" pan or baking dish spread 1/2 cup of the meat sauce. Layer 1/3 of the lasagna noodles, then 1 1/4 cups sauce, 1/2 of the cheese and egg mixture and 1/3 of the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat all steps once. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, then Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. You can make this a day ahead, then refrigerate; but increase baking time to 1 hour.
