SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat eggs with a fork. Add sugar, flour, syrups, butter and vanilla. Beat well. Add 1 cup chopped nuts. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees, then 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
