TURKEY POT PIE 
1 onion, cut in wedges
3 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. turkey broth
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 c. cooked turkey
1 pkg. (16 oz.) broccoli-cauliflower mixture

BISCUITS:

1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. butter
1/3 c. milk

Saute onion in oil 5 minutes. Blend in flour, salt, sage and pepper. Stir in broth; cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in turkey, lemon juice and vegetables.

Prepare biscuits: Combine flour, baking powder and salt in bowl. Cut in butter, mix in milk. Stir with fork. Knead 6 times. Pat on floured surface to 7 inch circle. Cut in 8 wedges. Pour turkey mixture in baking dish. Place biscuits on top. Bake in hot oven, 450, 50 to 60 minutes.
