COOL SUMMER SALAD 
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 sm. pkgs. cherry Jello
8-10 maraschino cherries, cut
1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip

Blend Jello with cottage cheese. Mix pineapple and cherries; blend. Add Cool Whip. Serve in sherbet cups.
