PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES 
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. light brown sugar, lightly packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped peanuts

Melt chocolate, set aside to cool. Grease 1 (8 inch) square pan; set aside. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a medium bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix in melted chocolate, then flour. Stir in peanuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until edges begin to leave sides of pan. Cool in pan before cutting. Makes 16 brownies.
