BLUEBERRY OATMEAL MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries

Stir dry ingredients together. Add sugar and oats. Beat egg, milk and butter. Add to dry mixture and stir until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
