BLUEBERRY-OATMEAL BREAD 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
1 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/4 c. honey
1 c. milk

Combine flour, sugar, oats, baking powder, salt, soda, and cinnamon. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Combine eggs, milk, and honey; mix well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened; fold in blueberries.

Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool loaf in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
