MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 med. onions, finely chopped
1 lg. egg
4 oz. tomato sauce
2 garlic cloves
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients together by hand. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown in 2 tablespoons butter. Remove from skillet and empty drippings. Return meatballs to skillet and add 2 (15 ounces) cans Chef Boy-ar-dee spaghetti sauce with meat and simmer for 2 hours.
