POLYNESIAN UM-UM CAKE | |
1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix 1 c. Wesson oil 4 eggs 1 can mandarin oranges, undrained ICING: 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple with juice 1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding Combine cake ingredients in mixing bowl and blend until moistened. Pour into 3 round or square cake pans. (Use 2 if pans or larger than 8".) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, test for doneness. Combine icing ingredients in mixing bowl and blend well. Put between layers of cake and top only. NOTE: Do not drain fruit juice. |
