"RACE DAY" B.B.Q. RIBS 
2-3 lbs. pork ribs
1 can Coca Cola
1/4 c. liquid smoke
Water

Place ribs in stock pot and fill with water to cover. Simmer until tender. Drain. Ribs can be refrigerated at this point and finished later at picnic or drag race. Cook on hot grill with barbecue sauce until heated through and sauce is browned, about 5 minutes on each side.
