Chicken, cut in pieces
Pork ribs
Paprika
Barbecue sauce

Coat chicken and ribs with a generous amount of paprika. Brown pieces of meat over barbecue coals. When meat is browned on all sides, place in a foil wrap. Seal the wrap tightly by folding the foil edges together several times.

Put the foil wrapped meat in an aluminum roasting pan and return to the grill. Allow meat to cook, turning every 10-15 minutes by turning the foil package. Two hours should be allowed for the cooking time of the foil wrapped meat.

Pour a small amount of sauce on meat 30 minutes before serving and return the foil, resealed, to the coals. Remove from foil and serve hot.
