QUICK PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground pork or lean sausage, browned & crumbled
4 oz. (1/2 c.) pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Drain meat, place in 8 inch square baking dish. Top with the pizza sauce and cheese. Combine the rest of the ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes, until firm. For 4 or 5 people.
