CORN PUDDING 
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. light cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. corn, cut from cob or cream style corn
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Beat egg until light and fluffy. Add milk, cream, sugar and salt. Stir in corn, bread crumbs and butter. Pour in prepared casserole. Place dish in pan of boiling water. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 or 60 minutes or until set.
