WHITE CHILI 
1 pkg. great northern beans
2 lb. chicken, cooked and cubed
1 medium onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp red pepper
6 c. chicken broth
garnish with: sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, green onions

Cook beans in chicken broth. Sauté onions in 1 Tbsp. butter, add chilies and spices. Add other ingredients and cook 1 hour on low. Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese and green onions.

Yield: 8 servings.
