PLUM JELLY 
5 1/2 c. plum juice
1 pkg. powdered pectin
7 1/2 c. sugar

Combine juice and pectin. Bring to a boil. Add sugar. Return to a full boil; boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; skim off foam. Pour into sterilized hot jars and seal. Yield: ten 1/2 pints.
