MOTHER'S ANGEL CAKE 
1 angel cake
12 oz. chocolate chips
2 eggs, well-beaten
1 c. chopped pecans

Break cake into small pieces, and place in Pyrex dish. Melt chocolate chips in 1/4 cup water. Add well-beaten eggs and cook until thickened. Cool and add nuts. Pour over cake pieces. Let set. Top with whipped cream.
