GARLIC CROUTONS 
2 cloves garlic, halved
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. water
5 slices French bread, cubed

Sauté garlic in oil until tender. Add water; mix. Add bread cubes; mix. Discard garlic. Spread cubes on baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden.
