GARLIC CROUTONS 
1 small loaf French or Italian bread, cubed
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. parsley
1 tbsp. minced garlic

In a 9 x 13 pan, heat olive oil and butter until melted, then add parsley and garlic. Toss bread cubes in oil mixture.

Bake at 200°F, stirring every 10 minutes, until toasted, but not crunchy (about 40 to 50 minutes). Excellent with any Italian type salad. Store in the refrigerator in a Ziploc baggie.
