CHICKEN QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9" pie shell OR quiche dish
3/4 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
Small bunch of broccoli
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
2 tsp. of flour
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Place chicken in pie shell. Place florets of broccoli that has been cooked only 3 minutes wagon wheel fashion over chicken with florets facing the outside of shell. Add eggs, milk and mayonnaise that you have blended in the flour. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Allow to stand 10 or 15 minute before serving.
