OATMEAL DROPS 
1 slice enriched white bread, made into crumbs (use blender if you want)
1 oz. uncooked oatmeal
1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. softened butter or vegetable oil

Combine first 6 ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Add to bread mixture. Drop by teaspoonsful onto a nonstick baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 1 serving for breakfast. Note: you may use 1/2 banana plus 2 tablespoons water instead of pineapple.
